About
CHANGING IS COOKING
Bibimbap is an open innovation platform developed by You Can Group and Policyshaker. It all starts with an event format intended to boost groundbreaking ideas inside organizations. After that, Bibimbap through You Can Group and his partners spill over with incubation programs and support to the organizations to make ideas come true.
USING CREATIVE THINKING TO FOSTER CHANGE: BIBIMBAP HACKS YOU !

An experience to focus new targets for decision and innovation
A model of human centered innovation to create a new process of innovation, a method of cognitive investigation, of in-depth analysis and co-creation of value, which will involve students from different fields of specialization. This mix is necessary in order to avoid stagnation and foster blending. Bibimbap (which means “mixed rice” in Korean) makes the context and the content the two main variables of change. It will follow educational objectives which will value the heterogeneous knowledge of the students and rofessionals joining the event. In this way, Bibimbap can be used by entrepreneurs and policy makers for the creation of knowledge, innovation and know-how, both theoretical and practical. The “game” will be led by keywords such as green, design, food and tech. This will trigger a two-day brainstorming exercise which will end with the creation of projects aiming at innovating the traditional paradigms and to a building a new possible future.

-
Gather
first stage consisting in gathering a considerable number of people having different origins/skills/fields of specialization around a common objective.
-
Peel
second stage in which the participants are invited to bare themselves completely and mix with the other participants, with the final aim of creating teams capable of developing “raw” ideas.
-
Chop
third stage consisting in the reorganization of the idea through a process in which each contribution gets “chopped” and mixed together in order to create a starting base.
-
Cook
last stage consisting in putting the ideas elaborated in the previous stage into a container in order to transform them in prototypes, before cooking them.
